I sat beside the window
watching raindrops fall...
the cold night embraced me
shuddering my thoughts...
The song from the radio
brought back you along...
and we flew together 
to that Neverland  of yours...
a gush of warmth spread through me 
as i remembered you smiling at me..
I thought it was me all along
But you had eyes for another song..
you were my peter pan , my one and all
But i was a Tinkerbell to you , flying along..
They say its starts in the eye
and ends when the eye lies..
My eyes lied to me 
but yours were filled with truth
the truth that broke my heart..
the truth that took away me from you....
